Covid-19 turns us into units in the spaces of existence. Real contact with others is lost because we have to use protective measures and keep a safe distance. Therefore, senses that can be felt when you are next to another person, such as smelling, seeing facial expressions or touching, disappear; it all becomes problematic. As a result, our fates become unnoticed because there is no one to share them with. The trajectory of human life becomes invisible to others. Of course, one can try to compensate for all this through social networks, etc., but walking together through life disappears. All that remains are details of the individual life events that can perhaps be captured, but senses, feelings, and experiences cannot be fully conveyed. The question therefore arises as to what the fate of a unit is if it is not fully understood by others. Maybe it’s just wanderings of lonely nomads whose routes no one knows, so the only way is to capture them in every possible way. For example, in art. I think it becomes relevant to capture fates of units and maybe someday try to reproduce them in another time and space, perhaps with impurities of nostalgia and cognitive distortions. But does the truth matter? Perhaps emotions and experiences, even if they are modified, are more important.
